Pre-Information Form

Information on the provider, key features of the service, price, payment, term and right of withdrawal given before a subscription is purchased.

This translation is provided for information. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

This form is provided before the agreement is concluded, as required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The same information is provided for transparency where the Customer acts as a merchant.

2. Key features

Listonya is a software service provided by subscription over the internet, consisting of property and/or vehicle listing management, a corporate website for the Customer, the listing pool, team and permission management and the mobile management app. The selected package, number of users, languages, domain, corporate e-mail and theme are shown in the order summary on the payment page.

3. Price and payment

  • The total price, taxes and itemised breakdown are shown in the order summary on the payment page.
  • Payment is taken in advance by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure.
  • The subscription is annual and is not renewed or charged automatically.

4. Performance

Access starts when the payment is confirmed and the Customer's account and panel are set up. Domain registration, corporate e-mail and publication of the website may take additional time depending on domain configuration and theme. Delivery time for custom themes is agreed with the Customer.

5. Right of withdrawal

If the Customer is a consumer, it may withdraw within 14 days of conclusion of the agreement without giving reasons or paying a penalty, by notice to [email protected] or in writing to S.Ü. Teknokent Binası, 42015, Konya, Türkiye.

However, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation:

  • There is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. At the payment step, the Customer confirms that it requests immediate performance and knows it will lose the right of withdrawal.
  • There is no right of withdrawal for domains registered at the Customer's request or custom themes made specifically for the Customer.

Where withdrawal applies, the price is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the notice using the original payment method. See the Cancellation and Refund Terms.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to [email protected]. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
