Terms of Use and Membership

Rules, responsibilities and intellectual property rights for the Listonya website and membership account.

This translation is provided for information. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the website and membership account operated by Listonya ("Listonya"). By using the site or becoming a member you accept them. Paid subscriptions are also subject to the Distance Service and Subscription Agreement.

1. Membership

  • You must be at least 18 and, if acting for a business, authorised to do so.
  • You are responsible for keeping your membership details accurate and current.
  • Do not share your password. If you notice unauthorised use, change your password immediately and inform us.
  • The membership account is used to purchase subscriptions and manage payments, invoices and subscriptions. The management panel is accessed from your company's panel address with your own user.

2. Using the site

You agree not to act unlawfully or against these terms, not to overload the site with automated tools or attempt to bypass security, and not to fill in forms on behalf of others or with misleading information. We may restrict access or end memberships in case of misuse.

3. Content and intellectual property

Texts, designs, logos, software and blog content on the site belong to or are licensed to Listonya and may not be reproduced without permission, except for short quotations with attribution. Information on the site is general and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

4. Prices

We keep package and price information up to date; the price shown in the order summary at payment is binding.

Links to third-party sites may appear; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages except in case of intent or gross negligence.

7. Reporting unlawful content

Listonya hosts its customers' websites as a hosting provider under Law No. 5651. If you believe a site we host contains unlawful content, report the address and reasons to [email protected]. We review reports and remove or block clearly unlawful content.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Turkish law applies; statutory consumer rights are reserved.
