These terms govern the use of the Listonya Management mobile app ("App") provided by Listonya ("Listonya"). By installing or using the App you accept them. The terms of the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) also apply.
1. Licence
Listonya grants users authorised by companies with a valid Listonya subscription a non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the App on their devices on behalf of their company. The App is free; the right of use depends on the company's subscription.
2. Account and access
You can sign in only with a user created in your company's management panel, using a one-time code sent to your mobile phone. Do not share the code. If you lose your device, inform your company's administrator. You may only perform actions permitted by your company.
3. Rules of use
You are responsible, together with your company, for the accuracy and legality of the listings and photos you enter; the Acceptable Use Policy applies. Copying, modifying or reverse engineering the App or attempting unauthorised access to servers is prohibited.
4. Updates and availability
We may update the App for security and new features and end support for old versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; actions taken without a connection may not be saved.
5. Liability
The App is provided "as is". Except where liability cannot be limited by law, Listonya's liability is governed by the Subscription Agreement with your company.
6. Termination
The licence ends automatically when your company's subscription ends or your user is deleted.
