This policy applies to all customers and users of Listonya services and forms part of the Subscription Agreement.
1. Listings
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of every listing. The property or vehicle must exist and the Customer must be authorised to offer it; key attributes such as price, area, rooms, model year, mileage, damage and insurance records must be accurate; images must belong to the item and be used with permission; misleading or exaggerated statements are not allowed.
2. Regulatory obligations
Depending on its activity, the Customer must comply in particular with: the Regulation on Real Estate Trade (authorisation certificate and disclosure of its number in listings); the Regulation on the Trade of Second-Hand Motor Vehicles (authorisation, inspection and listing disclosures); current rules on listing verification (such as the Electronic Listing Verification System); Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the regulation on commercial advertising and unfair commercial practices; and KVKK. Listonya is not obliged to monitor compliance but may remove listings found to be in breach.
3. Listing pool
Share only listings you are authorised to share; do not include personal data such as the owner's name or phone; do not publish other companies' pool listings as your own without their permission.
4. Prohibited use
Publishing unlawful, insulting, discriminatory or obscene content; infringing intellectual property; sending unsolicited bulk messages or breaching Law No. 6563 in SMS/WhatsApp/e-mail sending; uploading harmful software, trying to access other customers' data or scanning for vulnerabilities; reselling or renting the service to third parties.
5. Enforcement
Listonya may remove content, suspend users or the service, and terminate the agreement for serious or repeated breaches. In non-urgent cases we warn the Customer first.
